Egg Cup Pincushion Video Tutorial #eggcuppinnietutorial

Several years ago I received an egg cup with a pincushion in a swap. When we moved I started keeping all my hand sewing needles handy in this little pincushion. I loved how it stood up from my work area so that a little thread tail didn’t matter and how cute it was.

I recently happened upon these cute egg cups from City to Cottage and thought they’d be perfect for pincushions, so I bought a few and recorded a quick video tutorial. For this project you need an egg cup, hot glue gun, polyfill, 4 1/4” diameter fabric circle, and a needle and thread.
I used these pretty Liberty of London fabrics for my pincushions because it’s a great way to show off a favorite fabric and the tiny floral prints lend themselves to the small pincushion on the egg cup. I hope you enjoy making these as much as I did! If you make one I’d love for you to share it with the tag #eggcuppinnietutorial

Great tutorial and thank you for sharing will be great gifts
