Pattern Release: The Posey Supply Case
I’m so excited to share my latest pattern, the Posey supply case, with you today! This is perfect for carrying English Paper Piecing or embroidery supplies with you or keeping separate projects organized at home.
This pattern makes two different sizes, a large (shown above) that finishes at 9 1/2″ for large projects and a bigger embroidery hoop, and a small (shown below) that finishes at 7 1/2″ square.
The case is secured with a pretty elastic band. I love all the pretty varieties of fold over elastic that are available, I’ve found the ones I used at Hobby Lobby!
I once tossed a cute sewing kit in my bag only to have all my supplies fall out since there was nothing securing them. So I’ve added a pretty flap to this case to help keep everything in place!
Under the flap you’ll find more pockets and a place to keep everything organized.
I’ve loved making these cases and my testers did an amazing job helping me get the directions easy to follow and clear! If you head over to Instagram you can find their projects using the hashtag #poseysupplycase – and I love all the customized covers! While basic patchwork directions are included in the pattern, it’s simple to make it your own too!
I love it. I just started using my embroidery machine and I’m doing some monograming on towels. It’s really fun.
Can it be made without paper piecing?
I’m sorry for the confusion, it is not made with English Paper Piecing, just great for carrying it! Let me know if you have any more questions!
