The Amelia Top in Cold Spring Dreams
Since I’ll be bringing Lydia to Quilt Market, it seemed only right she should have some handmade clothes to wear while we’re there! I had made clothes for RJR Fabrics using Cold Spring Dreams when Norah was small, and I had enough left to make another Amelia top for Lydia {find the pattern here}!
I made this one in the top length, instead of adding the extra to make it a dress. I did make the hem band a tiny bit longer because it the print was larger. I love how quickly this pattern comes together!
Though, capturing a picture of a 6-month-old that is meant to show off clothes proves to be a little more difficult!
I really love her cute little smile {I think that goes without saying}, and those chubby arms too!
I’ve made her another new outfit too, just have a few finishing touches to put on it. Now, let’s hope I have some time to make myself something to wear too. But, I think whatever this darling baby is wearing is going to get more notice than what I wear!
She is simply adorable!! Love her little outfit too!!
Lydia looks so adorable! Can’t wait to see her in her other new outfit!

I love the fabric you chose for her dress/top, too. I especially like the main body of the dress–that fabric is really, really pretty.
