I finished up my medium Flora Supply Case this weekend and really loved putting the finishing touches on it! I can’t wait to take it with my on my next trip to the pool, filled with some sewing projects, of course!

Tips for the Zipper & Binding
Sewing the zipper and binding on the Flora Supply Case is one of the most tricky parts. If this is your first bias binding experience, check out my blog post on the difference between single fold, double fold, bias tape and binding. Especially if you’re purchasing bias tape, this should help you know what to buy. Additionally, if you want to make your own, I’ve created a video just for you!
My biggest tip is to take it slow and don’t be worried if you have to redo at least part of the zipper. Even after making over a dozen of these cases, I still often have to sew the zipper more than once to get it lined up.
